Casa Ana is a small bed and breakfast place for backpackers, run by Ana Félix Mendoza and daughter Priscilla, with the help of Hein (Dutch). The house is strategically located in central Lima, close to the historic centre and many busterminals. Good connections to the airport (20 min.) and other parts of the town, such as Barranco and Miraflores. Casa Ana is safe, quiet and clean. It has hot showers, a roofterrace and free wifi. It is in a pleasant green street in a typical local non-touristic neighbourhood. There are many facilities nearby, such as the local market, internetcafé's, banks, exchange offices, restaurants, laundry, supermarket, shops, immigration office, etc. While respecting privacy, we receive our guests in a friendly and helpful spirit, trying to be of assistance in anything that may come up. Such as visiting Lima, obtaining bus- or airtickets for onward travel, finding reasonably priced taxis, shopping, etc. We like our guests to feel at home in our house (and in Lima). We also can pick you up from the airport at any time of day or night, if you wish. Prices Our 2013 prices are (including breakfast):
Discount Guests staying longer than five days (because of volunteer work, study, etc., or because they like a rest) get a discount on a gliding scale of up to 30% (month). Sometimes visitors like to join us for lunch or dinner. That is possible for a charge of US$5. Occasionally they use our kitchen or even cook for us. We usually have vacancies, but our place can fill up quickly. We recommend to reserve or enquire in advance by sending an e-mail to Ana and Harold: roomlima@hotmail.com Casa Ana is a JoHo Center Partner. Members of the JoHo Foundation get 5% (cumulative) discount over above prices. |
